We've been creating videos for years in the employer branding space. We recognize the need for talent acquisition teams to have access to assets that they can produce quickly and affordably. That's where the idea for this service emerged.

  • Who will you interview?

    Usually the person we want to talk with will be the manager in charge of hiring for a department or team. But you can use this for anyone you want us to highlight on your team such as an employee, someone in leadership talking about company values, or someone in HR talking about what to expect next in the hiring process. 

  • How much time will this take me?

    You should expect to have 15 minutes available for our initial strategy call. The person we're interviewing will need to set aside 30 minutes of their time to be interviewed. 

  • Where do I put these videos?

    Use the videos we produce for social media or candidate communications pre-hire or post-hire. We believe you'll improve metrics like interview sit rates and time-to-hire by humanizing your candidate funnel.

  • What kind of video do I get?

    You'll get a set of video assets of your hiring manager introducing themself, their team, and the role (if needed). The format of the end video depends on your needs and desires. 

  • What's involved?

    When you contact us using the form above, we'll get in touch for a 15 call around the details of your hiring needs. We'll then schedule a 30 minute block of time with the key person on your team that we'll need to interview. Then we send them the question prompts we'll be asking during the interview. Once the interview is completed, we'll edit the video into a beautiful finished interview and any snippets you can use for social media or your hiring process, usually 30-60 second clips. 

  • What do I need to have ready to do this?

    Nothing! You just give us the person's contact information. We'll take care of scheduling the 30 minute interview session with them. 

  • Can't I do this myself?

    Absolutely. But if you haven't done it yet, will you ever make the time? Besides, you won't have the amazing creative editors we have, nor will you have our professional producers to guide the interview session and get the best answers out of your team. 

  • What if the person who's in the video leaves our company?

    This can happen! If the person is doing a video where they're introducing themselves as part of the hiring process, you'll need to create a new video. But if they're explaining something that anyone on your team could explain (e.g. how your schedule works), you won't have to replace the video with a new one.
