Dialog was founded by Justin Vajko, a graphic designer and marketer by trade. After 8 years in in-house marketing roles, Justin launched Dialog full-time in September 2018. In 2020, one of his former employers still liked him enough that they asked him to take over the social media contract for their recruiting needs. That's how Dialog got into the world of employer branding.
Now Dialog serves clients who want a leg up in the race for talent. We do that helping them creating a steady stream of engaging content that answers the real questions candidates have and builds the reputation of our employer clients.
