We take a lot of pride in getting to know our clients and creating creative ad campaigns that highlight their culture. These complete marketing plans include their website, social media, Google, and many other important recruitment marketing channels that generate thousands of views every month -- and thousands of job applications from qualified candidates.
No-one had really heard of Crusts Unlimited, even though they were the number one maker of shelf-stable pizza crusts in the USA. We went to work helping them to identify their "secret sauce" (Hint: it was their culture of caring people) and promoting it to the world using a culture video and employee testimonial videos.
We also revamped their job descriptions and gave them an Online Makeover, a process where we update their Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, and website with consistent videos, graphics, and messaging.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, people just were not coming through the door, and we needed to get our company out on social media. We needed to get noticed; let people know who we are, where we are located, what we do here and our current openings at that time. During my experience working with Dialog, we were getting noticed and slowly applications and resumes started coming in. To-date we have the most employees Crusts has ever seen. We feel very fortunate to be in the space we are in right now. Justin was very helpful and thorough with assisting me with our needs for recruitment and getting Crusts Unlimited recognized. He was always available to help and thinking of ways to help us succeed.

Hope Gospel Mission is a non-profit that helps people turn their lives around from addictions and homelessness. However, being a non-profit, they just weren't able to compete in the wage wars when it came to talent. Our campaign therefore focused on the one thing they had going for them: the purpose of their work and their notoriously happy employees.
Even though they'd been in the area for over 20 years, Only about a third of people area knew what they were or what they did. So this campaign was also designed to help them raise awareness of their existence and purpose to the general public.
When we started working with Nolato Contour, at first glance their work culture seemed in shambles. But when we met with them and discovered the care they had for their employees along with the amazingly consistent structure they provided, we realized they simply had a problem communicating their value to prospective candidates.
However, they had a massive growth challenge as they were adding on new business and would need over 50 production employees to fulfill the work.
Within just one month of working together, we moved their average Indeed rating from a 2.8 out of 5 to 3.1 out of 5 by encouraging existing employees to rate them.
We were also able to help them reach 90% of their production hiring goals over a 2 year period of updating their job descriptions, creating social media content, and advertising their culture.
